Nokia Treasure Tag WS-2
As the name suggest, it isn’t any futuristic gadget to show its location through GPS or satellite. It’s just a Bluetooth device which is always connected to Nokia’s WP via Bluetooth. Actually it connects to the phone through Nokia’s treasure tag app. Just tag this key chain with keys, bag or any of your valuable item and if you leave them behind, the app will guide you to it via map and voice if the tag is connected to phone. If the Bluetooth connection is lost and if you forgot your treasure tag far behind then the app will show the location where the Bluetooth connection was lost fore the last time.
Specification
Nokia Treasure Tag WS-2 is a small, handy, lovely square sized Bluetooth device which actually looks like a candy rather than any device. It connects through Bluetooth and NFC. It has removable battery with maximum standby of 3 months i.e every three months you have a replace a new 3 V battery which isn’t a deal breaker. It is a ultra light weight device which weighs only 13 g. UI features Battery Level Indicator, Tones, AAF etc. It is a environment friendly device which is free of PVC, BFR, rFR according to Nokia.
CONS
This device seems to have no demerits but it has few. It can only predict the location of lost things. It cant locate the stolen objects. It’s too costly to buy a Bluetooth device for $30 only to locate if misplaced or not found. But overall it’s a great device if compromised on money matters.
