Micromax is planning something unique these days after surpassing other giant smartphone manufacturers in India.
We had talked about Canvas 5 rumors too. But this seems a lot more different than launching a new smartphone. It may be called as a new strategy to boost smartphone sales by just collaborating with Cyanogen community.
CyanogenMod is a community of developers where the developers publish exceptional Android OS versions for the smartphones who do not get an official update for the latest version OS even if the smartphone specification is compatible for it.
Millions of people subscribe to Cyanogen custom Android ROMs , so incorporating custom Android OS version in the ‘Yu’ smartphone series will prove as a turning point for Micromax in the Global arena.
