Recently, Facebook bought Oculus Rift, the virtual reality gaming device made by Oculus VR, for $2bn and now this device has been incorporated into the ‘RiftCycle’ project. This project, formulated by The Arcade Man, combines our virtual reality headset with a decent model of the famous ‘Tron lightcycle’.
The lightcycle is hand-made and the Oculus Rift is integrated to a lightcycle simulator powered by a Portuguese company named, ’Overflow Interactive’. Many believe the project to be the start of an era of next-gen gaming but the developers have not yet confirmed to make it commercial.
