BSNL has revealed the low-cost version of it’s smartphone (Bharat Phone), with required e-governance application which can be used by  a common man.

This phone features a 3-inch screen with Dual-SIM support,which has been amazingly priced at 1,099 INR .

The phone runs on Java Operating system which is designed and developed by Pantel Technologies Ltd.The phone has been optimized very well to provide internet services like online banking , streaming data delivery etc for the common man.

2. 64 MB Internal Storage

3. 64 MB RAM

4. Bluetooth

5. 15 Days Battery back-up
