Just when I was convincing myself to get Borderlands 3 from the Epic Store, a Reddit user (u/Feenecks) uncovered that it will also incorporate 3rd party DRM (Denuvo Anti-Tamper).
The Epic store page was recently updated to reflect this change.
Of course, this might be subjective – but a lot of gamers aren’t happy with Borderlands 3 being an Epic exclusive. And, now, the incorporation of anti-tamper tech doesn’t look so pretty, nasty – ain’t it?
If we take a look at the Reddit thread (which happens to be the source of this news), it really looks like the PC gamers aren’t thrilled about to hear about it.
Now that we’re almost a month away (September 13) from its release date. I can just hope that the game turns out to be good and not just another pretty face.
What do you think of it? Have you already pre-ordered Borderlands 3?
